and to promote the FACT that despite constant refusals on every aspect of this winery concerning cultivation, pressing, processing and retailing this product illegally from his front door-step without a license from the powers that be, he has arrogantly undertaken to go ahead with his Winery plans.

Despite being Yalgorup National Parks closest neighbour, Chemicals are still running off from this winery into
OUR STROMATOLITES.

This winery is absolutly positioned in the wrong place
".Property adjoins national park where stromatolites thrive 100 metres from winery."
Stromatolites only occur in
 TWO PLACES IN THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE!!

It should be noted that there where at least two other pages on the Internet concerning this winery and its wrong-full location,
neither of these pages seem to exist anymore.
There were some rumors the proprioter of CAPE BOUVARD, Mr Gary Grierson had traded alchohol in a manner not legal, and also had been involved in numerous Police inquirys by the Police Liqour and Gaming Division and the Police Crime squad..
Those pages have been removed from the server, but as I believe, these pages were removed by the powers of Grierson and his corrupt cronies, not removed by the clever and well researched author FAGAN.;) (who was right!!!=)
A blow to free speech for public Park and asset to the comuinity, placed below the commercial interests of one arrogant man.
It would seem that Mr Grierson has friends in high places!...
(I wonder if they will abondon ship as it sinks)

I assume that FAGANS page cause due stress and cost lots of money to remove from the internet.
I assume Mr Grierson has his new computer up and running on the Internet so he may see this new
